We're back!!  After an almost 2 week sickness that overcame me (and Bryant and Naomi to a lesser extent) we are back to some fun activities.  Today Naomi's school had a pumpkin festival!


To the right of Naomi is Sally Brown- whom Naomi is always talking about!  And that's her teacher, Mrs. Booker, whom Naomi also always talks about :)

They mixed pumpkin pie filling with cool whip to make it orange and pumpkin flavored!  It was really good!  The kids made little pumpkins with the cool whip on Nilla wafers and sprinkles and green gummy stems.

Putting beads on pipe cleaner spiders- they had some great ideas here today!

haha!  Donuts on a string!  And Naomi actually tried to do it!  I didn't know this was a fall/halloween game tradition- kind of like bobbing for apples is.


ps.  yes, this is the only short-sleeved Halloween t-shirt Naomi has...so she's been wearing it alot (see post below!)  It was 85 degrees today!  She does have 3 long-sleeved ones, but she's not been able to wear them since NC doesn't know it's fall.  That it will actually be NOV in a few days.  Seriously, I love warm weather..but at 33 weeks pregnant??  I was counting on a cooler last few months of pregnancy!  That's the whole point of having a winter baby!  :)
