December began with the annual tree lighting on base. It was my genius idea to attend, on a night that was 40 degrees! But I had never been to a tree lighting and thought it would be a fun family event. We did manage to stay to see the tree lit, but left immediately after. Next year I'll try to find an INDOOR tree lighting :)
